Will candidates actually finish a browser interview?
Yes. There’s no app or account. They open a secure link on their phone, talk for about 15 minutes in English or Spanish, and hang up. Agencies typically see strong completion when the invite comes from a recruiter they already know.
Does the AI invent work history?
No. Resumes are built only from what the candidate said in the interview. Thin or unverifiable answers get flagged in QC so your recruiters can review evidence, send a follow-up, or hold the resume before export.
Can we interview in Spanish and still send English resumes?
That’s the default for many desks. The agent interviews in the candidate’s language; the exported resume ships in the language your client reads, with your agency branding or filled into their DOCX template.
Can we export into a client’s Word template?
Yes. Upload the client DOCX on the client preset with the required placeholders, approve the candidate, and export a filled DOCX. If the template is missing or invalid, export fails honestly instead of inventing content.
Do we still need recruiters in the loop?
Yes. VoxResume clears resume formatting and first-pass screening so recruiters spend time on matching, selling, and client relationships, not typing. You approve thin resumes and choose what goes to the client.
What if a candidate abandons the interview?
You only pay when an interview completes and a resume ships. Abandoned or incomplete interviews don’t burn a credit.
Who owns the resumes and candidate data?
Your agency. Resumes export with your agency branding or the client’s template as your asset. Candidates can opt out of further outreach from the invite, and agencies remain responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them.
