The service
VoxResume for Staffing provides browser-based candidate interviews, AI-assisted resume drafting and quality checks, recruiter review tools, and branded exports. Features may change as the product improves.
Your responsibilities
You must use the service lawfully, keep your account secure, obtain any consent or other authority needed to contact candidates, and review generated material before sending it to a client. Do not upload information you are not authorized to process.
AI output
Generated resumes and flags are drafting aids, not verification, background checks, legal advice, or hiring decisions. Recruiters remain responsible for checking facts, resolving flags, and deciding what to share.
Credits and billing
Credit-pack pricing is shown before checkout. One credit is charged under the product rules for a completed resume. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider. Except where law requires otherwise, used credits are not refundable.
Availability
We work to keep VoxResume available and secure, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or a particular hiring outcome. Contact us promptly if a failure affects candidate or client work.
