What we process
VoxResume processes agency account and branding details, candidate contact information, interview answers and transcripts, generated resumes, quality-control notes, export records, and billing metadata needed to provide the service.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver interview links, run the interview, generate and review resumes, create agency exports, secure accounts, support customers, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell candidate personal information.
Service providers
We use vetted hosting, database, email, payment, document-rendering, and AI providers to operate VoxResume. They receive only the information needed for their part of the service and are subject to their own contractual and security obligations.
Agency duties and choices
Staffing agencies are responsible for having an appropriate basis to contact candidates and upload their information. Candidates can use the opt-out link in an interview invitation. Agencies may contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of data, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
